OPEN HOUSE INFORMATION SESSION: Residential Project at 28 Jarvis Road
The Town of Yarmouth received a request from Delmar Construction (on behalf of the landowner) to enter into a Development Agreement to permit new residential development at 28 Jarvis Road. The project consists of:
➡ One two-storey apartment building; and
➡ Thirty dwelling units
Open House
An open house information session has been scheduled to provide interested parties with an opportunity to learn more about this project. The applicant and town staff will be in attendance. The open house will be held on Monday, March 24th, 2025, 6:30 pm to 8pm, at Mariners on Main, 275 Main Street.
