Building and Occupancy Fees Waived Until March 31, 2027
To help accelerate construction projects and increase the supply of housing within town limits, the Town of Yarmouth is waiving building and occupancy permit fees over the next three years. If you are planning a new build, or structural changes, an addition, or change of use to a current property, a permit is required for projects greater than $5000.
Until March 31, 2027, NO FEES will be charged for Building and Occupancy Permits!
