FAQs - please review before you submit your request
What should I expect after I submit?
SeeClickFix routes your report to the right Town department. Provide a precise address or map pin, a short clear description, and 1–3 photos if possible — more detail helps staff find and fix the problem faster. Add your email to receive status updates; include a phone number if staff may need to follow up (your number is not published). This channel is not monitored 24/7; reports sent on weekends or holidays may be handled the next business day.
What types of issues belong here?
Use this system for routine service requests that Town crews can fix: potholes, streetlights, fallen branches, graffiti, overflowing trash, damaged park equipment, etc. Select the correct category when creating your report to route it to the appropriate team.
What should I NOT use this system for?
Do not use SeeClickFix for immediate public‑safety threats or emergencies (downed power lines, active flooding, gas leaks, exposed wiring, someone in danger). Also avoid using it for long-term planning items, policy issues, or matters involving other government bodies — those need direct contact with the relevant department.
Who do I call for urgent problems or emergencies?

Life‑threatening or immediate emergencies: 911
