A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 6:30 pm, 400 Main Street, Town Hall Council Chambers.
Members of the public can attend and speak at the hearing, or hand in written submissions. Written submissions can be emailed to admin@townofyarmouth.ca or delivered to Town Hall (400 Main Street, Yarmouth), by no later than 12:00 pm (noon) on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
What is the Hearing About?
This Public Hearing will address the following items:
1. Proposed Development Agreement for 600 Main Street
The owner of 600 Main Street (PID# 90195629) applied to enter into a Development Agreement to allow for short-term rental accommodations on the same property.
2. Proposed Development Agreement for 42 Queen Street
The owner of 42 Queen Street (PID# 90214115) applied to enter into a Development Agreement to allow for short-term rental accommodations on the same property.
3. Proposed Development Agreement for 30 Parade Street
The owner of 30 Parade Street (PID# 90206889) applied to enter into a Development Agreement to allow for short-term rental accommodations on the same property.
