Contingent upon the appeal period ending both for the Land Use By-law amendments and Development Agreement approval, enter into a Development Agreement for 25 (PID #90217712) and 27 (PID #90217720) Clements Avenue for the purpose of permitting a multi-unit residential development of a maxiumum of twenty-three (23) dwelling units and that the Mayor and Chief Administratvie Officer are hereby authorized to execute the agreement within the timeframe described in the draft Development Agreement as shown in Appendix "C" of the Planner's Report; and
