We are excited to announce that the drafts of our new Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw are now available for public review!

The next phase of public engagement will have two parts:
- Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) Amendments Package Engagement (open now until November 20th, 2025)
- Draft Planning Documents Engagement (open now until January 11th, 2026)
We will also host in-person engagement sessions next month:
- November 12, 2025 from 6:30 – 8:30 PM at Yarmouth Town Hall, 400 Main Street
- November 13, 2025 from 6:00 – 8:00 at NSCC, Burridge Campus – Room C181, 372 Pleasant Street
