This is to serve notice that the Council of the Town of Yarmouth at its meeting on March 12th, 2026 at 6:30 pm, at Yarmouth Town Hall, 400 Main Street, approved the following:
Road Closure
Council approved the closure of approximately 500 square metres of existing road between 1 Forest Street and 228 Main Street (see map) to allow for the intended sale of the former Tourist Bureau (also known as the former Visitor Information Centre). To accommodate the road closure, several housekeeping map amendments to the Land Use Bylaw and the Municipal Planning Strategy were also approved.
