This is to serve notice that the Council of the Town of Yarmouth at its meeting on Thursday, May 14th, 2026 at 6:30 pm, at Yarmouth Town Hall, 400 Main Street, approved the following:
Public Places Bylaw
Council approved amending the Public Places Bylaw to prohibit urinating or defecating in public.
