This is to serve notice that the Council of the Town of Yarmouth at its meeting on January 8th, 2026 at 6:30 pm, at Yarmouth Town Hall, 400 Main Street, approved the following:
Penalty Bylaw
Council approved amending the Penalty Bylaw to change the minimum penalty from $118.95 to $237.00 to be consistent with the province.
Council Meetings Bylaw
Council approved amending section 12.0 of the Council Meetings Bylaw to include Committee of the Whole minutes being approved at Town Council meetings.
