Development Agreements:
1. Development Agreement for 600 Main Street
The owner of 600 Main Street (PID# 90195629) applied to enter into a Development Agreement to allow for short-term rental accommodations on the same property.
2. Development Agreement for 42 Queen Street
The owner of 42 Queen Street (PID# 90214115) applied to enter into a Development Agreement to allow for short-term rental accommodations on the same property.
3. Development Agreement for 30 Parade Street
The owner of 30 Parade Street (PID# 90206889) applied to enter into a Development Agreement to allow for short-term rental accommodations on the same property.
14 Day Appeal Period
Appeal may be made to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board within fourteen days (14) of the publication of this notice. Any aggrieved person, the Provincial Director of Planning or Council of an adjoining Municipality may, within the prescribed appeal period, appeal the decision of Council to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board in accordance with the Municipal Government Act.

Parking Violations Bylaw Amendments
Council approved amending the Parking Violations Bylaw to be consistent with the Motor Vehicle Act penalties.
These amendments become effective on the date of this publication.
