This is to serve notice that the Council of the Town of Yarmouth at its meeting on November 13th, 2025 at 6:30 pm, at Yarmouth Town Hall, 400 Main Street, approved the following: 191 Main Street - Rezoning

Council approved a proposed Land Use Bylaw amendment to rezone 191 Main Street from Medium Density Residential - Main Street (R-2M) Zone to Downtown Commercial (C-1) Zone. Amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy and the Central Business District Improvement Plan Bylaw were also approved to accommodate the proposed rezoning.
