Amendments to Streets and Sidewalks By-law

This is to advise that Council, at its meeting planned for Thursday, September 15th, 2016, at 7:30 p.m., will consider Second Reading and if deemed advisable approve amendments to the Streets and Sidewalks By-law.

Council will consider written and oral presentations at that time.

Vacant Buildings By-law Amendments

Yarmouth Rail Trail Closed as of August 9th, 2016

As of noon on Tuesday, August 9th, 2016, the Yarmouth Rail Trail is closed until further notice, due to the dry weather conditions and by order of the Nova Scotia Minister of Natural Resources.

Forchu River and Tkipok Trails Closed as of Noon on August 9th, 2016

As of noon today (Tuesday, August 9th, 2016) the Tkipok Trail in Arcadia and the Forchu River Trail at the Hebron Recreation Complex will be closed until further notice, due to the dry weather conditions and by order of the Nova Scotia Minister of Natural Resources.
