Today was an exciting day. The hard work of three councils, Mariners Centre staff, and key Town of Yarmouth staff was unveiled to the public as "Mariners on Main" opened the doors of 275 Main Street for the first time since June of 2020.
Today was day one of a soft opening which will continue through until Sunday the 17th. During the opening there will be public swims, fitness centre access, scheduled tours and group fitness classes. Drop-in rates are being waived until Monday for anyone who brings in a non-perishable food item for donation to the food bank. Regular hours will then start Monday, October 18th. You MUST stop by to see the impressive work completed to spiff the building up. And all work was completed in record time!
