Community Event Calendar

The Town of Yarmouth received a planning application from Grand Multip Properties Inc. to permit a new residential development on two lots (PIDs: 90334798 & 90334780) adjacent to Pleasant Street (see attached images). The project consists of:

➡ three (3), with an option for four (4), 35-unit apartment buildings
➡ between 105 and 140 rental units (including one and two bedrooms)

Open House

An open house information session has been scheduled to provide more information, and answer questions about the intended project. The applicant and town staff will be in attendance.
The open house will be held on Tuesday, February 11, from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm at NSCC, Burridge Campus, Room C181.
