NOTICE

This is to serve notice that the Council of the Town of Yarmouth, at its meeting on August 19th, 2010, at 7:30 p.m., will consider and if deemed advisable approve Second Reading to amend to rescind the following by-laws:

--          Business Improvement District Commission By-law No. 47

--          Parking Tax Assessment Area By-law No. 26
