The Town of Yarmouth and the Municipality of the District of Yarmouth (Owners) are issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to interested parties for the Purchase and Development of a portion of the land at 45 Jody Shelley Drive (PID 90290719) for the purpose of commercial development.  Please see the above link for more information on the RFP.

Amendment to Penalty By-law

Penalty By-law Amendment

This is to advise that Council, at its meeting planned for Thursday, June 9th, 2016, at 7:30 p.m., will consider Second Reading and if deemed advisable approve an amendment to the Penalty By-law.

Council will consider written and oral presentations at that time.
