The Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment has issued a guidance document for Canadian jurisdictions on the matter of Open-Air burning. The document, as well as other related documentation is posted here as a convenience to the public as there have been inquiries about amending the Town of Yarmouth Fire Prevention By-law, which prohibits Open-Air burning of wood.
