Eastlink Documentary Filming in Yarmouth

The W. Laurence Sweeney Fisheries Museum recently hosted Winter Light Productions, a television production company well-known for a number of great shows including "Haunted", which airs on Eastlink Community TV.

Winter Light was in Yarmouth filming for their documentary series "Maritime Museums". The documentary airs on Eastlink Community TV across Canada, and on various On Demand platforms internationally. While the first season has already begun airing, upcoming winter episodes will feature the fisheries museum along with numerous other museums in western Nova Scotia.

Thank you Winter Light for stopping in Yarmouth and thank you to our very knowledgeable and dedicated museum staffer Tianna Williams for hosting the tour. We'll report back on timing for the episode featuring our amazing museums, but you can also keep an eye on the Eastlink Community TV schedule.
