Building By-law Fee Schedule

Commercial Development $0.20 per sq. ft. or
1% ($10) per $1000 estimated cost of construction, whichever is less.
Residential Development $0.10 per sq. ft. or
1% ($10) per $1000 estimated cost of construction, whichever is less.
Demolition Permit* $50.00 + $10.00 (non-refundable processing fee) = $60.00
Occupancy Permit* $25.00 + $10.00 (non-refundable processing fee) = $35.00
