    1. An amendment to the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law, to enable the development of trails, walkways and streets in all zones as outlined in the Planner's report.
    2. An amendment to the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use by-law, to add "light service industries" as a use permitted in the Secondary Commercial (C-3) zone as outlined in the Planner's report.
    3. An amendment to the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law to revamp residential policies in the Downtown Commercial (C-1) zone and the Waterfront Commercial Industrial (WCI-5) zone as outlined in the Planner's report.
    4. An amendment to the Municipal Planning Strategy to include a policy supporting the development of community gardens in the town's Integrated Community Sustainability Plan as outlined in the Planner's report.
    5. An amendment to the Land Use By-law, in particular the commercial parking requirements in all zones as outlined in the Planner's report.
